104rd ITC Genomic Regulation

Over the past years, the expression and regulation of the genome could be studied at a global level with refined experimental and computational tools. Insight has been gained on how gene transcription is regulated within a chromatin context, and networks were described that underlie genomic regulation at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional level. Yet predictive modelling of the complexity and dynamic nature of genomic regulation remains a major challenge.

This conference brings together researchers who study genomic regulation at the systems level. It aims at fostering the integration of experimental and theoretical approaches, and at focusing efforts on key future questions of genomic regulations.
