The form of presentation should be adequate but not ostentatious, since all applications are destroyed once a decision has been made. Please do not staple or bind documents.

Two paper copies of the application are to be submitted in English and at least three months before the start of the project. They should contain the following data and documents; applicants can facilitate the decision-making process by adhering to the sequence recommended below.

A brief, practical guide to what the detailed presentation of the thesis project should comprise is available. Albeit this guide is for PhD Fellowship proposals that are considerably longer, all project descriptions for MD Fellowships should have the same structure and answer the same questions. In addition, we recommend consultation with your scientific supervisor.
